CANCELLATION POLICY

SKNMUSE requires a 24 hour advance notice for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. We understand that life happens and if there is any reason you need to reschedule or cancel within the 24 hour time frame, please email us as soon as possible. SKNMUSE reserves the right to charge 50% of the cancelled service within the 24 hour time frame. If service is cancelled day of, there will be a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
